　　Zhongshan Chit-Hwa mould co. LTD. , is specializing in the production of plastic mold and die products of famous brand enterprises, with large mold manufacturers in domestic and foreign has established the good partnership, shell mold is air conditioning, TV chassis mold, automotive stamping die, plastic mold, metal mold base, such as mold parts processing has accumulated nearly 20 years of experience in production and management, gathered a large number of people at the top mould manufacturing.

　　Under the general framework of China's technological innovation and talent training, our company has strengthened the construction of school-enterprise cooperation operation mechanism, formulated innovative school-enterprise cooperation mode, and provided advanced and complete training bases for higher vocational colleges to deepen education and teaching reform。

Cooperations：

　　On June 7, 2016, Zhongshan Chit-Hwa Mould Co. Ltd., welcomed the graduation internship students from Nanning Senior Technical School of Guangxi to complete the school-enterprise talent cultivation plan of our company. Since June 8th, our company has conducted three days of pre-job training and production safety education training for this batch of graduate interns. It mainly provides professional knowledge training in corporate culture, etiquette training, company rules and regulations, production safety awareness training, mold basic technology and product quality awareness, etc.

　　After the training, students are encouraged to voluntarily submit their training experience in Zhongshan Jihua mold. The following is a demonstration of some students' wonderful training experience.

　　Students are mainly engaged in CNC machine operation, milling machines, drilling machines, grinding machines and other positions. On the one hand, students can put what they have learned into practice, combine their professional theoretical knowledge with production practice, improve their professional skills, enhance their operational ability and accumulate work experience. On the other hand, in the real working environment, students have personally experienced and felt the enterprise management system and corporate culture, cultivated their professional comprehensive quality, and deepened their personal experience of enterprise work. School-enterprise cooperation provides mutually beneficial and win-win training programs for enterprises, vocational colleges and students, paving a bright career path for students in the future.

　　Factors: the division I with the guangxi nanning senior vestibule school produced the launch of the talent training plan, not only for guangxi nanning or more senior technical school of higher vocational education colleges and universities in the school system and mechanism innovation and talent training mode reform, has brought the new exploration and practice, also opens the in-depth cooperation between higher vocational colleges, the Zhongshan Chit-Hwa Mould co. LTD., more than 20 years of production experience and management experience in guangdong higher vocational education industry is widely used, and thus has important milestone significance. In the future, Zhongshan Chit-Hwa will work with higher vocational education institutions in Guangdong province to promote the positive results of this cooperation and further enhance the role of in-depth school-enterprise cooperation in the training of senior skilled talents in Guangdong Province.
